WHAT TO EXPECT
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment in order to assist us in maximizing your service.
What should I wear?
Please dress in whatever is comfortable to you. Depending on the service, we provide robes, towels, and sandals. If you are coming for a pedicure, we offer open-toed slippers, but recommend that you bring a pair of your own for when you depart.
What if I'm running late?
If you are running late, please call us at 312.243.5292. We will do our best to accommodate your appointment, though we may have to shorten or re-schedule it depending on availability.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please allow a 4-hour advance notice to the spa, otherwise we will charge your credit card for 50% of the services scheduled.
