Our scheduling system is designed to allow for the proper amount of time required to complete your ultimate spa experience. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment in order to assist us in maximizing your service.
In order to secure your appointment and honor our cancellation policy, please be prepared to provide us with a valid credit card number.
For maximum availability, we recommend that you reserve your next service(s) prior to leaving Kaya.
For our service providers’ protection, should you need to change or cancel your appointment, please allow a 4-hour advance notice to the spa, otherwise we will charge your credit card for 50% of the services scheduled.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, cash and personal check as forms of service payment. Gratuity is cash only and cannot be processed via credit card or check or combined with service payment.
BOUTIQUE EXCHANGE POLICY
All purchases may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for Kaya credit.
When booking a Spa Party (groups of 4 or more) please have a credit card number ready for us to put on file. This will reserve your party and serve as payment for our cancellation policy. The cancellation policy for a Spa Party is 24 hrs advanced notice, and 48hrs for groups of 25 or more, otherwise 50% of the services booked will be charged. Also, when booking a party gratuity of 15% will be added to the total when checking out.
SPA PACKAGE DISCOUNTS
Many treatments can be arranged in a series, which can be prepaid for a discounted price.
In order to maintain our relaxing retreat, our spa is reserved for adults or children with appointments.
Please be courteous to others and refrain from cell phone use in the spa.
For your benefit, smoking is not allowed in Kaya.
